Our story
Our journey began in Surat in 2012 as KAIZEN CONSULTANTS, with a focused objective: to provide organisations with dependable professional support in managing labour law and HR requirements.
As our capabilities and reach expanded, we established our Saurashtra presence in 2016, followed by our Vadodara office in 2021. On 01 October 2024, the organisation evolved into KAIZEN HR LEGALMATE PRIVATE LIMITED, reflecting the continued development of our professional services and broader compliance capabilities.
Today, KAIZEN HR LEGALMATE supports organisations across industries through our professional team and network of associates across India. We work closely with relevant Labour & Employment, EPF, ESIC, Industrial Safety & Health and Municipal authorities, assisting businesses with statutory registrations, licences, inspections, notices and compliance-related matters.
